Option to upload files into the record profile like contracts and anything outside of invoices that are already synced via integrations… No need for custom build, a connector to GDrive and Sharepoint/Onedrive would be enough

Ability to create newsletters via visual editor
Our ICP needs 2 things: easy way to see invoices per each customer, be able to send newsletters to their customers in specific parts of a year (annual reporting, quarterly reporting)… By being able to make those newsletter emails easily right in the CRM, their workflow would be more centralised which is in favour of the CRM

English and USD are shown even though Norwegian is selected as the workspace language. I also couldn’t change the currency later after completing the onboarding steps.

Norwegian language selected: still "Relations" and "Reminders" is in english.
The same applies to the different statuses in Select and Multi-select fields. Ideally, all status options should automatically be displayed in the user’s selected language.

The main task of working with the invoicing integrations is: See an Invoice and Send an Invoice (manually or automatically). Our current UI is complicated for those 2 main tasks. Thus, a simplification needs to take place, see proposal below

Cannot permanently delete a record (and bin has no copy saying anything - it is going to take 30 days to delete). Improve UX copy or implement permanent deletion.
